Their wedding coordinator, Ashton, makes wedding planning easy for out of town couples. She has a list of preferred vendors like: make-up artists, hair stylists, musicians, djs, florists, photographers, etc. We did a little homework and chose our florist and photographer from the list.
We had a “Vendor Day” where we met Ashton and she coordinated times for us to also meet our florist, chef and bake chef. It was quick, easy and fun considering we were accompanied by a sparkling glass of champs!
We basically scanned over my 6 secret wedding day Pinterest boards, figured out our floral arrangements, walked through our venue and virtually set up tables, bars, etc. Next we tasted the BEST FOOD by the most down to earth chef (of course he was, he’s from good ole NOLAAA). Our bake chef was equally amazing, come to find out they both worked with Emeril in New Orleans! These Leeeesiana Lovers are in good hands!!
